Clinical Supervision
For registered interns and emerging clinicians seeking supportive, feedback-rich, and growth-oriented supervision as they deepen their clinical skills and move toward licensure. With nearly 10 years of experience teaching and supervising within Counselor Education & Supervision programs, I have worked closely with students, interns, new counselors, and clinical social workers as they build confidence, strengthen their clinical identity, and grow into competent, ethical, and grounded clinicians.
EMDR Consultation by an EMDRIA Approved Consultant
For EMDR clinicians seeking supportive, feedback-rich consultation as they deepen their understanding of EMDR, strengthen case conceptualization, and grow in confidence as trauma therapists. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I strive to create a collaborative space where clinicians feel encouraged to ask questions, explore challenges, and develop their own authentic style while maintaining fidelity to the EMDR model.
My consultation approach is informed by relational EMDR, attachment-focused work, early developmental experiences, and parts-informed perspectives, recognizing how early relationships and adaptive responses shape present patterns. Together, we explore case conceptualization through a trauma-informed lens while integrating practical EMDR skills, relational understanding, and thoughtful clinical decision-making.
My goal is to help clinicians become not only more competent in EMDR practice, but more confident, reflective, and sustainable in their work.
You deserve to find joy & fulfillment in the work you do, and quality supervision and EMDR consultation can help you do that.
My Approach & Supervision Model
I believe effective supervision extends beyond reviewing cases or meeting licensure requirements—it is a collaborative process designed to support growth, confidence, self-awareness, and clinical competence. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, relational practice, ethical decision-making, and understanding how our own experiences and beliefs can influence the therapeutic relationship.
Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in Counselor Education & Supervision programs, I strive to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel safe to ask questions, explore challenges, strengthen skills, and develop their authentic clinical voice. Supervision with me is intended to be both encouraging and appropriately challenging, helping emerging clinicians build confidence while providing thoughtful feedback, accountability, and practical guidance.
My goal is to help clinicians become not only competent therapists, but resilient, reflective, and sustainable helpers.

I encourage an openness to practicing EMDR skills both in and between sessions, engaging actively in case conceptualization, and remaining curious about attachment, relational patterns, and the impact of early experiences on present functioning. Growth in EMDR often comes through a combination of learning, reflection, and a willingness to step outside of one’s comfort zone while building confidence in the model.
