Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection, support, and joy—but they can also be a source of pain, conflict, and disconnection. Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space to better understand one another, improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate challenges together.
Whether you are struggling with recurring conflict, trust issues, life transitions, intimacy concerns, parenting stress, or the impact of past experiences on your relationship, therapy can help you identify patterns, deepen understanding, and create healthier ways of relating to one another.
My Approach
I view relationship challenges through a relational and attachment-focused lens, recognizing that our experiences, beliefs, and emotional wounds often influence how we connect with those we love most. Rather than focusing on blame, I help couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck and develop new ways of communicating, responding, and supporting one another.
My approach integrates trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and evidence-based interventions to help couples strengthen trust, improve emotional safety, and build a more connected and fulfilling relationship. The goal is not simply to resolve conflict, but to create a stronger foundation for lasting connection, growth, and resilience.
