Online therapy provides a secure and convenient way to access support from wherever you are. Sessions are held through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing us to do meaningful work together in a space that feels safe, comfortable, and private. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, anxiety, burnout, or personal growth, online therapy makes healing more accessible while fitting into the demands of everyday life.
EMDR therapy can also be highly effective in an online setting. Many clients are surprised to learn that trauma processing and nervous system healing can occur virtually, often with the added comfort of being in their own environment. With the right preparation and support, online EMDR can create meaningful, lasting change—not simply helping you manage symptoms, but supporting deeper healing and recovery.

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, important experiences, goals for treatment, and any patterns or challenges you’d like to better understand or change.
I’ll also gather information about your history, strengths, support systems, and what has or hasn’t been helpful in the past. Together, we’ll begin identifying a path forward that feels aligned with your needs and goals.
If EMDR therapy may be part of your treatment, we’ll discuss what that process looks like and ensure you have the tools, understanding, and resources needed to feel safe and supported before moving into deeper work. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced with your nervous system in mind—there is no expectation to share more than you’re ready for.
Most importantly, I hope your first session leaves you feeling heard, understood, and with a sense that healing is possible.

The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on your goals, history, current stressors, and the type of support you’re seeking. Some clients come to therapy for a specific concern or life transition, while others choose longer-term work focused on deeper healing, patterns, or personal growth.
With EMDR therapy, we’ll move through a structured process designed to support both safety and effectiveness. EMDR includes different phases—from understanding your history and building coping resources to processing difficult experiences and evaluating progress over time. Throughout treatment, we regularly check in on symptoms, goals, and changes in how you feel, function, and respond to stress.
While no therapist can predict exactly how long healing will take, many clients find that EMDR helps them make meaningful progress more efficiently than traditional talk therapy alone for trauma-related concerns. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to support deeper healing and lasting change at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we’ll regularly assess what’s working, adjust as needed, and determine when you feel ready to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs. A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services based on your treatment needs at the time it is provided.
The estimate is not a contract and does not guarantee the total number of sessions or exact cost of treatment, as therapy needs may change over time. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before beginning services and to ask questions about expected fees at any point during treatment.
My goal is to provide transparency around costs while working collaboratively to support your healing and treatment goals.
Please reach out with any questions regarding fees, insurance, out-of-network benefits, or Good Faith Estimates. I’m happy to help you understand your options.
